包裝方式:真空包裝
調理方式:
1.烤箱調理:
用冷水沖密封袋至鰻魚與袋分離(微解凍)。打開真空袋置於烤箱內,以華氏350度烘烤12分鐘後即可食用
2.微波爐加熱調理:
將密封鰻魚之包裝袋刺孔置入微波爐,解凍兩分鐘後,再以高溫微波約4分鐘,即可以食用。
3.水煮:
將密封鰻魚至於滾水中約10分鐘後,取出即可食用
