◎來自南大西洋野生捕撈,活龍蝦原料使用,鮮度特優。
◎單隻凍結
◎解凍方式:流水快速解凍。
◎建議烹調方式:
◆煮火鍋:解凍切塊後直接放入火鍋內煮熟後食用。
◆清蒸:解凍後將龍蝦尾從腹部剖開,灑上蒜蓉清蒸。
◆奶油香煎:剖開後置於平底鍋中以奶油乾煎。
◆法式焗烤:剖開蝦殼取出蝦肉去腸泥,將巴西里、檸檬汁、奶油、胡椒及蒜末攪拌均勻,塗抹在蝦肉上,烤箱以220度烤20分鐘後,再鋪上起士絲,以180度焗烤約5分鐘。
